This knife sharpener is unsurpassed! I needed a good sharpener for my fillet knife and this is the best I've ever used. I fish for salmon and there's nothing worse than a dull fillet knife when it comes time to clean the salmon. This is the perfect gift for your fishing friends.

I own several expensive kitchen knives and have always used my professional electric sharpener.
This little sharpener is far more effective than any Other method I have ever tried. It always gets my knives even sharper than with my expensive electric sharpener. Something so small and so inexpensive is truly amazing. Highly recommended!!!

This is the best sharpener I've ever used. Simple and it works. I've tried just about every system I've seen. This one somehow really works. I've even sharpened my double edged axe. Fantastic. I ordered two and I'm thinking about two more so I'll always have one.
